Catz Entertainment is pleased to support KIDS IN ACTION with

international recording artist, GEORGIE PORGIE and Long Island's hit music station - 106.1 BLI

Now in its third year of support, we are pleased to support this annual event, KIDS IN ACTION which is made possible by Long Island Business leaders, 106.1 BLI, the staff and Board of Directors of Action Long Island and Long Island Schools.  Every year Long Island middle school students participate in a day long event which rewards these young leaders with leadership training by a national figure, school essay contest recognition, and a fantastic concert by a leading national performing artist. This year, Billboard chart topping Music Plant artist Georgie Porgie will be on hand with his inspirational lyrics and songs atop phat dance club beats! The #1 arbitron rated Long Island radio station 106.1 BLI of course will be on hand with tons of give-a-ways, and BLI weekend on-air personality Tim and more! Author, Ed Gerety famed for his leadership training is the keynote speaker. Open to Middle School students only, the event demonstrates whats good about Long Island when Long Island business and educators join forces for the benefit ofr our youth.

Georgie Porgie will perform his new single, "I Believe" which entered the top ten on the Billboard Chart

and is currently rising at #7.  He will also perform his radio and Billboard hit, "Sunshine" and "Love Is Gonna Save the Day" which went to #1 on the Billboard Chart and was a favorite in providing solice to many right after 9-11, when Georgie Porgie performed it on a float during the annual 5th Avenue, Columbus Day Parade.
